About the role
Own customer support across email, chat and phone. You'll help business owners with verification, listing edits, and help consumers with reviews/account issues.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to support tickets via email & in-app chat (target SLA: 4 hours)
- Triage & escalate bugs to engineering with reproducible steps
- Help owners through verification & SEO setup
- Maintain a public help-centre / FAQ
- Weekly support metrics report (CSAT, resolution time)
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years in customer support (SaaS/marketplace preferred)
- Excellent written English; Hindi fluency required
- Empathetic, patient and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with Intercom/Freshdesk/Zoho Desk
