How are companies verified?
Listed businesses can submit official documents (PAN, GST/CIN, MSME) for verification. Our team reviews each submission and a green Verified badge appears on approved profiles.

How do I know an Indian company is legitimate?
Look for the green Verified badge on the company profile — it means we've checked their legal registration (GST/CIN), PAN and business documents. Combined with real customer reviews, ratings and a public portfolio, you get a clear picture before any commitment.
How do I contact a company for a business deal or partnership?
Open any company profile and use the contact details (email, phone, website) listed there, or send a service request directly through their service listings. The owner is notified instantly and replies via email.
Can I request a quote or proposal from multiple companies?
Yes. Shortlist a few verified companies in your category, open each profile and submit a service request with your project brief, budget and timeline. You'll receive responses directly from the business owners.
What about time zones, language and payments?
Most listed Indian companies actively work with international clients across US, UK, EU, Middle East, Australia and Asia time zones. Communication is in English. Payments are typically handled via international wire, Wise, Payoneer or Stripe — agreed directly between you and the vendor.
Do you take a commission on deals?
No. TrustMyBiz is a discovery and trust platform — we don't broker contracts and we don't take any cut from deals you sign with listed companies. You deal directly with the business.

How do I list my company?
Sign up for a free Owner account, click "Register Your Business" and fill in your details — name, category, description, photos, contact info. Your listing goes live instantly.
How do I get the Verified badge?
From your Owner Dashboard, open Verification, choose your business type and upload PAN, GST/CIN or MSME documents. Our team reviews within a few business days.
Can I respond to reviews?
Yes — owners can publicly reply to every review on their company profile from the Owner Dashboard.
How do I attract foreign clients?
Complete your profile fully (cover image, gallery, services, products, blog posts), get verified, collect genuine reviews and keep your contact details current. Verified, well-presented profiles rank higher in our directory and convert far better with international buyers.
Reviews, Trust & Safety
Are reviews on TrustMyBiz genuine?
Reviews must be posted from a signed-in account and are tied to real users. Our moderation team removes spam, fake or abusive content. Owners can flag suspicious reviews for review.
What if I find a fake or abusive review?
Use the Report option on any review or contact us through the Contact page. We'll investigate and act within a few business days.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We only store the minimum information needed to run the platform. Documents submitted for verification are kept private and visible only to our admin team.
